1. Information We Collect

• Login Details – name, email address, and profile picture retrieved from your selected Apple or Google account only when you choose to sign in.
• Journal Input Data – data that you voluntarily enter into the app, such as symptoms, events, sticker mappings, notes, medications, treatments, lifestyle information, and related entries.
• User Preferences – app settings that you choose, such as notification frequency, sharing options, units, appearance, and report options.

2. Storage & Backup

Data may be stored locally on your device to support app functionality.

If you enable backup or cloud synchronization, selected portions of your data and settings may be stored in a private cloud storage account that you authorize.

Yarriva.com does not maintain a central database of your personal journal data.

3. Data Sharing & AI Processing

By default, your data remains private and is not transmitted to third-party AI providers.

AI analysis is optional. When you explicitly request an AI-generated report, selected data may be transmitted to Make.com for workflow processing and to OpenAI for AI analysis.

Before any data is transmitted to Make.com or OpenAI, the app displays a disclosure explaining what data may be shared, identifies the third-party services involved, and requires your explicit confirmation.

Depending on the options you select, transmitted data may include events and timestamps, symptoms, body mapping records, report notes entered by you, selected report settings, date ranges, personal profile information, medical background notes, and technical report metadata required to generate the requested report.

Data is transmitted only for the specific report request initiated and confirmed by the user. Yarriva.com does not maintain a central database containing copies of your personal journal data.

Make.com is used as a workflow automation and processing service to transfer data required for the requested operation. OpenAI is used to generate the requested AI analysis or report.

4. Usage of Your Data

We use your data solely to provide app functions such as journal display, reminders, backup, synchronization, report export, and optional AI-generated reports requested by the user.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties.

5. Permissions & Integrations

To operate correctly, BodyTune may request access to:

• Internet access for login, backup, synchronization, and optional AI processing.
• Notifications for reminders, if enabled by you.
• Cloud storage services, if you authorize backup or synchronization.
• Calendar integrations, if you authorize synchronization of journal-related entries.

6. User Controls

• You may use BodyTune without enabling optional AI-generated reports.
• You may choose which report data is included before generating a report.
• You may cancel an AI report request before any data is transmitted.
• You may log out at any time.
• You may disconnect cloud storage from within the app.
• Deleting the app removes local data from your device.
• If backed-up data exists in your private cloud account or calendar, you are responsible for deleting it through those services.

7. Security

Yarriva.com employs reasonable security measures to protect your data.

Data shared with Make.com and OpenAI is transmitted only for the user-requested operation. These providers maintain their own privacy and security programs, and Yarriva.com requires that third-party services used for processing provide privacy and security protections appropriate for the data being processed.

8. Medical Disclaimer

BodyTune is a personal tracking, self-observation, and pattern discovery tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medication guidance, or professional medical advice.

AI-generated reports are exploratory summaries only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be used for medical decisions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date shown at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.

Significant changes may be announced through the application or through the Yarriva.com website.
